Job Description

* Lead a new CMD Commercialization Council to drive priority of products, offerings, and programs alignment across multiple BUs, functions, groups globally for all of CMD. Significant cross functional influencing and outcome based, this will require strategic understanding and a facilitative approach. Re-architect how to transact with customers for these new offerings and programs. Ensure ROI for project approval and determine adequate resourcing and timelines. Drive with PPI methods showing supporting metrics thru control phase.
* Create virtual Order Management factories, transform into efficient no touch, low touch, high touch support model for both Amer & EMEA
* Streamline cycle, introduce process design and automation to create pooled model that can scale with growth. Collaborate with AIG group, other divisions on more scalable model.
* Develop and drive new customer segment performance standards enabling us to win & scale in new Analytical Science segment. Member of STRAP project A3.
* Drive T&C Re-design workstream including establishing Frame agreements for new customer segment.
* Provide PMO Project Management for large, complex, multi-function/pole projects to ensure success meeting aggressive timelines
* Coordinate and assist teams with implementation, execution of projects and SUSTAINABILITY for lasting change.
* Own FMEA process and Comm Ops Leadership Review mechanism. Drive root cause analysis and mistake proofing across entire OTR cycle. Coordinate Deal Facilitation to drive feedback loops back into FMEA and communicate with sales team.
* Coordinate with other AIG divisions to coordinate similar work and drive cost efficiencies and improved CX across all workstreams (Project Quattro)
* Bring quality mindset to teams with process rigor, R&R, performance monitoring within control limits (Six Sigma/PPI/Lean)

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in business or analytical field
* Demonstrated success in project management quality role
* Strong influencing and analytical skills
