We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Leader Global Services to work with our expert Cytiva Global Service team of more than eight hundred employees across the world. Do you have a passion for the Service business? Then we would love to hear from you.

What youll do

* Act as trusted advisor to the commercial teams and management by providing sales coaching and insights. Responsibilities include driving harmonized and effective operational mechanisms to regularly review progress against the key commercial metrics
* Conduct sales management meetings focused on key commercial metrics such as Service agreement sales ratio, win-back ratio and qualification services attachment rate.
* Conduct sales and pipeline analysis - contract renewal and End of Warranty. Build effective pipeline management processes with the service commercial teams.
* Drive continuous development of Cytiva ERPs (Salesfore.com and ServiceMax) commercial processes and data quality and visibility in close coordination with the service commercial managers.
* Understand entitlement industry benchmarks. Drive win-loss root cause analysis and change management programs.
* Drive continuous improvement on sales tools.

Who you are

* MSc or Masters degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
* 5+ years experience in product marketing, product development or related field
* Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management
* Solid experience regarding Business Intelligence and CRM tools such as SFDC and Qlik as well as proficiency in MS Excel
* Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional leaders and SMEs
* A thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and gaps & opportunities and translate them into application and operational solutions. Solid business acumen and knowledge of commercial processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style, familiarity with diverse cultural approaches. Strong intercultural awareness.
* Team oriented ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to work globally.
* Must have the ability to independently arrive at solution with limited direction, a self-starter.
