Job Summary

The Product Systems Specialist is primarily responsible for the software workflow development within the product build and content management systems.
In addition, they are responsible for collaboration with Connected Health Operations team for identification and implementation of process improvements to drive organization and Customer improvement in success metrics.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Builds customer content within the content management system and customer facing application.
Support product system testing and troubleshooting.
Implement work flow improvements in collaboration with Connected Health product, development and operations team members and measure benefit.

Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
Demonstrated competence in program development and project management.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree required in a clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field.
Current or previous work experience business process improvement (healthcare experience preferred) with 3+ years of experience.
Travel Requirements
Out of office travel required ( up to 30% of required time)
