Weyerhaeuser Company is searching for an experienced Sr. Human Resource Business Partner located in the Southern Lumber Region to support a union manufacturing site located in Dierks, AR and a non-union manufacturing site located in Idabel, OK. This position will report to the HR Director - Southern Lumber, with a strong dotted line to the Manufacturing Unit Managers. The Sr. HRBP will provide onsite human resource support to the manufacturing facilities.

In this role, the Sr. HRBP will be tasked with building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Managing a variety of complex HR tasks, both specific to the mill and companywide initiatives. The Sr. HRBP will be consulted on a variety of topics ranging from compensation reviews to work system designs to labor/employee relations, and everything in between. Additionally, they will be viewed as a strategic partner and sit on the Mill Leadership teams.

Key Functions:

* Role model Weyerhaeusers core principles of integrity, fairness, creating a positive work environment and ensuring open communication among associates.
* Advise leaders on complex strategic operational and business goals and skillfully incorporate relevant tools to facilitate solutions with consideration beyond the mill.
* May manage complex projects for the site and advise on complex HR issues.
* Facilitate workforce planning and talent management process for manufacturing units.
* Proactively manage HR administrative activities and labor / employee relations.
* Manage and provide guidance regarding units collective bargaining agreement (Dierks).
* Ensure compliance requirements and champion diversity goals and an inclusive work environment.
* Manage education, training, and continuous development of skills for leaders and associates.
* Manage compensation and wage analysis to ensure the facilities are competitive and retain critical skills.
* Ensure state and federal compliance requirements are met.
* Prepare and analyze reports for quarterly and annual review (workforce representation, turnover, and headcount reports).
* Responsible for salaried and hourly staffing functions (which includes sourcing, recruiting, retention and onboarding process).



Qualifications

* At least 8 years of HR-related experience, preferably within manufacturing.
* Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's degree a plus.
* SPHR, PHR, etc. certification is preferred
* This role would split time between the Dierks lumber mill and Idabel lumber mill. Requiring 50/50 travel between the facilities (approx. 1 hour apart, 57 miles)
