The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The Consumer Collections & Servicing (CCS) team is comprised of team members responsible for all pre and post-charge-off debt collection, core servicing, credit bureau dispute resolution, and reporting for Wells Fargos Card and Retail Services business, as well as the Student Loan, Overdraft DDA, and Personal Lines and Loans products. This team focuses on working with customers to resolve past due balances with solutions focused on helping our customers succeed financially. Within the broader CCS organization, the CCS Servicing team supports collection and other activities by maintaining and managing numerous consumer transaction and other maintenance processes.
This Loan Administration Manager will manage the activities and/or operations of a loan production, loan servicing, commercial or real estate construction loan team responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing tasks, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or may include underwriting activities. Manages supervisors, loan administrators, and/ or a small group of commercial lending team members, exempt and/or non-exempt, and accountable for ensuring quality customer service provided to internal/external customers. Participates in the hiring, coaching, developing, and supervising of team members, including decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hires, discipline, salary actions, etc. Participates in the formulation of work procedures, policies, and methods to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo, legal, investor, regulatory, and/or business policies which directly affect the work unit but may have an indirect, if any, effect on other departments or outside customers. Manages projects that primarily impact functional area or specific department. May oversee quality control process and assist with budget management.

* Collaborating with business partners to make necessary changes in staffing based on volumes and other anticipated events
* Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting work flow
* Studying and recommending improvements to standard procedures in an effort to improve efficiency
* Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience
* 1+ year of management experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
