Schedule: 40 hours, Thursday Monday 5:30 pm 2:00am (second shift) or until work is complete (days off are Tuesday and Wednesday). This schedule is considered to be open-ended. Additional/extended hours may be required based on business need.

This position will be working in the mailroom, operating electronic or mechanical equipment to process daily work. Duties may include: capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using machinery to meet requirements; preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines; executing jobs through PC or CRT; monitoring process; performing routine maintenance and repairs. Works under direct supervision, receiving detailed instruction on work.

Required Qualifications
* 6+ months of equipment operation experience demonstrated through work or military experience

* Good communication skills
* Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
* Ability to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance/repairs
* Lockbox experience
* Operations experience
* Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
* Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Data entry experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience with the following preferred; APEX/Fluence, IBML, OPEX 50/51/150, ITRAN. Also, prior mailroom experience is preferred
* Ability to work overtime as needed
