Job Description
Partner with key stakeholders to lead design, development and implementation of strategic talent management initiatives aligned with the banks business and talent priorities, including talent assessments and reviews, succession and performance management processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Act as subject matter expert for assigned talent management content area, including talent planning, succession and performance management processes.
- Research best practices and benchmark externally to develop and recommend talent solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise talent management initiatives
- Partner to create and implement effective change management plans for talent initiatives
- Translate talent management strategies into relevant tools and resources that support communication, education and measurement
- Utilize evaluation tools, methodologies and metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives
- Analyze, interpret and present talent data to inform talent decisions and strategies
- Engage multiple stakeholders and build relationships across business lines to effectively implement enterprise talent initiatives
- Consult with HR business partners to identify, propose, or implement specific talent solutions for a team, business line, or the enterprise
- Collaborate with other centers of expertise to support strategies focused on hiring, developing and career advancements of diverse talent
