Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the administration of a portfolio of performing and non-performing loans or a portfolio of OREO (other real estate owned). Provides customer service to consumer, commercial, corporate, trust, private client and residential loan customers and administrative support to Special Loan Relationship Managers and Asset Managers. As it pertains to loans assists with analysis of client profitability, collateral review, client trends or related projects by developing spreadsheets, collecting and entering data and summarizing findings. As it pertains to OREO assists with the management of OREO by providing clerical and operations support to Asset Managers in the form of invoice processing, analysis of property manager reports and the accounting for the disposition of the assets. Both support functions manage the systematic entries and processes for the applicable accounting or servicing systems.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Three to five years of experience in lending and loan documentation and processing

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Thorough knowledge of assigned (consumer, commercial, corporate, trust, private client and/or residential) lending and loan documentation and processing policies and procedures

- Some knowledge of credit analysis, lending operations, and credit administration

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Excellent customer service/relations skills

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
