Arbour Counseling Services, located in Lowell, MA, has current openings for Licensed Clinicians in our outpatient counseling center.

Clinicians at Arbour Counseling provide therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, children, families, couples, and offer a variety of group therapy services. Arbour provides a warm work environment with a supportive management team.

This is the perfect job for people who are self-driven and are looking for the ability to create their own schedule and control their caseloads.

Responsibilities/Requirements are as follows:

* Provide individual therapy with an option for family, couples therapy or group therapy if desired
* Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, and other collaterals as needed
* Excellent time management skills necessary to maintain appointments and timely record keeping
* Attention to detail with documentation and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
* Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
* Positive attitude and motivation to reach professional goals

Qualifications

* Experience: working with children & adults
* 1 year (Required) mental health or substance abuse: 1 year (Required)
* License: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, MSW
* 1 year (Preferred) group therapy
