Horizon Health, the nation's leader in psychiatric contract management services seeks a Nurse Manager on the 36-bed Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit in Centreville, IL.

The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients on the adult inpatient psychiatric unit at our client hospital, Touchette Regional Hospital, in Centreville, IL. Centreville is only 6.9 miles from St. Louis, MO.

The Nurse Manager provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit. He/she contributes to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

Qualifications

BSN required, MSN preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years Psych Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nurse Manager experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.
