Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
* Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines
* Work closely with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure requirements and design are completely understood
* Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
* Act as the liaison between Business and Quality Analysts, Developers and project management groups
* Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
* Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives
* Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results
* Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes
* Review the work of others
* Develop innovative approaches

* Serve as a leader/ mentor

Required Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in computer science or equivalent experience
* Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
* 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or equivalent work experience involving analysis-related activities
* 3+ years of experience years of experience translating business requirements into system specifications, or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of best in class agile methodologies to work alongside scrum teams towards continual delivery of value
* Ability to Map existing applications/functionality to client/user requirements and balance/reconcile at all levels; including gap analysis, flow, functionality, roles, fields, use cases, data, test plans, UAT plans

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Document management systems
* Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
* Experience in Healthcare industry
* Broad knowledge of hardware, software and programming tools
* Experience with Elastic Search

* Experience with JSON data
* Experience with UI/UX design
