The Sr. Mgr, Digital Product Management is responsible for leading multiple digital products' vision, strategy and execution. The Supervisor will be responsible for cultivating a team of high performing Product Managers and Product Analysts. The Sr. Mgr will manage a portfolio of product roadmaps which align business goals, user goals, and technical requirements. The Sr. Mgr and team are responsible for developing business case analyses, participating in the Scrum process as Product Owner, maintaining and grooming a backlog of value-adding work, and recommending funding for operation and maintenance. This role provides guidance for ongoing support, maintenance and continuous improvement of LHI's digital product portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overseeing multiple digital products' vision, strategy and roadmaps in support of strategic business initiatives with focus on high quality and value
* Oversees and executes key product development functions including development of business cases, product funding, feasibility analysis, usability tests, pilot programs and research
* Ensures user and performance measures including KPIs, NPS, market research, and testing methods are in place and utilized to identify ways to conceptualize and advance the digital strategy
* Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts, ensuring that fulfillment of digital products meets defined customer needs
* Defines and manages teams' deliverables, timelines, estimates / budgets and contractor needs to ensure projects fulfill time / scope / budget parameters
* Owns and manages large, enterprise-scope projects/investments that enable experience improvement and cost avoidance strategies
* Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products within the many channels we influence; online, mobile, telephonic, social, email and inperson
* Champion innovative, usercentered, consistent experiences and product management practice to advance the discipline throughout the organization
* Develops strong cross-company relationships and collaborates with applicable stakeholders to identify key needs, obtain input/ buy-in for digital strategies and faciliate decision making
* Work collaboratively with UX/UI design team to ideate new concepts that meet the needs of both users and the business while stretching our creativity
* Participate in agile process and partner with IT to ensure products are scalable and configurable to meet the long term business roadmap while delivering on market expectations

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, MIS, computer science, human centered design, experience design or related field
* A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in product, project, process or experience field
* Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
* Position requires strong and flexible skills in process design, process mapping, digital technology and familiarity with front-end technologies
* Working knowledge of development process, feasibility analysis and ROI measurement
* Portfolio demonstrating cross channel expertise and skill in creating user centric digital experiences online and mobile
* Has strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with and win support from team members at varying levels crosscompany
* Self motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines
