The Senior Client Services Lead partners with and ensures that our clients generate significant value from their partnership with the Consumer Acquisitions Services solution. The Senior Client Services Lead is responsible for working closely with client strategy, growth, and marketing leadership to define market opportunities, evaluate marketing and growth campaign strategies, profile targeted and highly qualified consumer audiences, and presenting campaign performance reports. The Senior Client Services Lead will leverage the Consumer Acquisition Service's performance technology to transform market consumer data into easy-to-use dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analyses. The Senior Client Services Lead also serves as an important partner to our ad agency partners and to our product development team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Impact through Analytics
* Analyze institutions' market, operational, and/or financial performance
* Identify and scope precision market growth opportunities
* Master the functionality of the performance technology software and develop deep expertise in product and terrain
Client Management
* Provide strategic guidance, opportunity assessments and consulting services for a portfolio of clients
* Present to senior level clients and foster relationships with client executive teams
* Maintain and share business and technical expertise with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping clients' interest top of mind
* Train clients on the use of performance technology software, ensuring clear impact and demonstrable returns for clients
Project Management
* Proactively identify potential issues that will impede success and recommend corrective action plans
* Collaborate with Client Delivery leadership on driving innovative client value
* Set and execute against project milestones, delivering high quality results based on the needs of each project

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3+ years of Experience with MicroStrategy or other business intelligence platforms
* 3+ years of Consulting experience
* 3+ years of Client management experience
* 3+ years of Project management experience
* 2+ years of experience presenting to senior executive level audience
* 2+ years of experience facilitating training sessions
* 2+ years of experience in analytical reasoning or quantitative analysis
* 1+ years of experience managing projects independently
* Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically (once socially appropriate)
