Job Description
* Pick up sheets from production for prior day work
* Verify and make any necessary adjustments to the blend, dough, and bake process orders.
* Check bulk flour and oil bill of laden for accuracy. Pull out all the Safety Tank Load Sheets and organize into a file to give to Environmental manger.
* Scan through the bakery ingredients daily to check for errors or questionable amounts and reconcile discrepancies.
* Backup for verifying all process orders for Sandwich Assembly. Check the lines to see that no materials were left that should have either been consumed or returned.
* Write off inventory from the inedible tickets as requested and approved.
* Attend regular inventory meetings weekly where we discuss any questionable inventory either locations or quantities.
* Reconcile miscellaneous inventory including tape, glue, stretch wrap from the weekly count. Also, true up HU managed miscellaneous inventory on a weekly basis.
Work hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm
