Data Integrity Analyst Role
Job Summary:
The Commercial Capabilities team is seeking an Analyst of Data Integrity. It is a key role focused on driving and maintaining data quality of Sales and Marketing data in Tysons Trade Management, Analytics, ERP, and related systems. This position works regularly with other Master Data professionals (and across many cross functional teams) to communicate and uphold data quality guidelines and requirements and serves as an internal resource on issues related to Sales and Marketing data or processes. A successful candidate will have proven experience in Master Data management and working across a variety of disparate systems and data. This role reports to the Manager of Data Integrity. Key activities include:
* Assist in managing the integrity of data in an enterprise analytics platform for ingestion in downstream systems used for trade planning, post event analysis, demand planning, financial planning and analytics.
* Understand the impact of data and functionality changes in related systems
* Partner with the business and IT to facilitate all customer hierarchy, material hierarchy, and sales org hierarchy changes and communicate changes to system owners and the user community.
* Provide process improvements for streamlining the loading of data from external sources into downstream systems, including syndicated data and distributor data used for trade promotion management, post event analysis and demand planning.
* Maintain internal sales org data for reporting
Qualifications:
* Education: 4-year degree or equivalent relevant technical experience preferred
* Experience: 1-2 years; or combination of highly relevant technical experience preferred
* Food Service, Retail, or Packaged Goods experience preferred
* Advanced Excel skills with understanding of SAP
* Travel: Occasional 5-15 days per year
