Job Description

Job Summary: The Quality & Security Analyst is responsible for keeping the Quality System and Supply Chain Security Program compliant with various memberships and customer contracts, including overseeing the quality training program and employee security awareness, taking on projects as they arise, managing and overseeing operational websites (OmniTracs, FleetLocate, Magtec, Covisint, etc), and collecting and analyzing data to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the operations, safety, and administration departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Maintain membership/compliance with ISO 9001:2008, CTPAT, PIP, TSA, Smartway, etc
Conduct Supply Chain Security Training for drivers hauling HVHR
Conduct Quality Training for all employees
Maintain ISO & Security Manuals, validating processes and procedures
Manage Corrective Action Reports
Conduct internal and external audits for customers, vendors, and employees
Maintain Fleet Locate & OmniTracs Accounts for proper equipment tracking & communications
Extract & analyze data weekly from OmniTracs to prepare Idle & MPG reports
Extract & analyze data weekly from the Fuel Stop Optimizer to prepare fuel compliance reports
Assist drivers and driver managers with Fuel Optimization Solutions
Maintain pricing & fuel stops in the optimization software along with activating & deactivating fuel stop locations based on security
Collect and prepare driver performance data to populate the monthly driver scorecard for distribution in operations and safety
Prepare and caluclate quarterly driver safety bonus
Perform miscellaneous R&D and analysis

Minimum Qualification Requirements: 

6-12 months of previous experience in a related field required
High school diploma or GED required and a degree in a related field strongly preferred
ISO/Quality experience is strongly preferred
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Must be able to report accurately in a timely manner
Basic computer skills required
