JOB DESCRIPTION

The Textron finance internship program is designed to allow you to gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis and reporting, cross-functional exposure and more.

This position is responsible for assisting members of a Finance department in both daily activities and special projects to learn, understand, and gain experience related to the Finance function and its role in achieving business objectives. They are also responsible for protecting and maintaining the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees

Internship Program benefits include visibility to high-level enterprise Finance leaders, on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to multiple business units in different functional areas. Candidates with a solid finance and or accounting background with demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply.
