The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Divisions Real Estate Department, including the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, phone inquiries, travel arrangements and filing. It will also prepare and distribute various departmental reports and documents related to new stores, store relocations, lease renewals and expirations, and landlord information. The position will assist with field inquiries on repair responsibility, including correspondence to landlords regarding maintenance issues, as well as produce research reports for new store, store relocation and expansion projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
Prior administrative support experience.
Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a real estate or construction management setting is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with employees, customers and the public.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
