Description
* Responsible for the support and implementation of projects, releases, enhancements and configuration, reporting and integration break fixes in one or more of the following Workday modules: HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and Security.
* Provide consultative support to business leaders for business process analysis, design and configuration recommendations
* Partner with business leaders to research, design, configure, test, implement, maintain, troubleshoot and support the operation of Workday.
* Administer the changes and/or updates to the software.
* May use subject matter or functional expertise to create test cases, kick off technology business processes, and other technology configuration activities.
* Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
* Apply a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems.
* Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, often with implications and/or resource requirements beyond own LOB or function.
* Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise.
Requirements
* Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
* Must have at least 2 years of experience in IT positions performing the following:
* Applying broad and in-depth knowledge of Workday to support and implement projects, releases, enhancements and configuration, reporting and integration break fixes in Workday HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and Security.
* Supporting SAML, PGP and SFTP.
* Supporting Workday Mobile.
* Performing Workday integrations and the related security setup.
* Solving complex technical and business problems.
* Leading complex projects with moderate resource requirements and risk.
* Implementing best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
* Utilizing experience with Microsoft Office applications.
