Who You Are
The Director for Enterprise Integration and Automation will be responsible for understanding the industry best practices and SBD requirements, drive the architecture and implementation of Enterprise Integration capabilities, IoT and Automation technologies. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and contribute to our digital strategy. The position will be a liaison between the different business capability areas, IT and vendors, translates business needs and requirements into technical concepts and solutions. This role will deliver components of integration and automation platforms and will ensure a high degree of system availability and reliability.
You'll also:

* Possess advanced knowledge and skills required to resolve complex IT issues
* Have strong knowledge of Integration technologies like iPaaS, API Management, IoT, preferably on Azure and experience rolling it out as an enterprise solution
* Experience managing cloud platforms taking advantage of cloud capabilities, implementing DevOps, CI/CD
* Understand of Robotic Process Automation technologies like Automation Anywhere
* Influence and roll out technologies used by different enterprise teams
* Manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines.
* Have advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive budgeting process
* Lead teams in understanding the link between Business objectives and their contributions.
Develop budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
* Build long-term development and succession plans. Applies influence and negotiation skills to drive business results.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders both internal and external.
* Serve as important liaison to external contacts (customers and vendors
* Provide authoritative advice to top leadership based on deep subject matter expertise.
* Implement policies and defines approach to strategy achievement for area managed.

What Youll Do
As a Director, Integration & Automation youll be part of Stanley Technology Services located remotely.
Specifically you'll:

* Provides leadership and strategy for Enterprise Integration and Automation domains
* Works with businesses to understand the digital technology requirements and drive architecture and solution delivery
* Collaborates with broader architecture community to provide input into strategies and standards, ensure solution reuse, eliminate solution redundancy
* Align integrations within existing Enterprise Architecture framework components including business capability, reference architectures and digital strategies
* Manage IT processes/tools from both an implementation and operations perspective
* Oversee the delivery of application and infrastructure services
* Ensures that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and take necessary steps for improvement
* Partners with other IT teams with respect to service related issues
* Provides consolidated reporting view of all maintenance and production support activities for the portfolio (or segment of the portfolio)
* Monitors key service delivery processes and resources to identify opportunities for more efficient delivery and implementation of new systems and services
* Participates in the overall planning and design or the specific core business systems
* Engages all stakeholders including more senior individuals and performing suppliers in order to convince and influence them to address and resolve issues
* Oversees the systems and processes to ensure that business, project and employee needs are met in the assignment of staff to projects

Experience Required:

* 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* 3-6 years experience working with the Integration Technologies strongly desired
* 6-9 years leadership experience.

Education
Undergraduate degree and 13+ years relevant experience, or
Graduate degree and 10-12 years relevant experience.
