Job Details

The Marketing Operations Web team at Salesforce.org is looking for a Senior Lead, Web Experience responsible for providing production support of product launches, webinars, campaigns and blog pages on the site. You will be working daily in Wordpress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) creating and modifying pages. The Senior Lead, Web Experience will also support triage of work requests that flow to the team via our case management system. You will work closely with Web Experience Managers (WEMs) on the team to ensure timely delivery of website updates.

To be successful in this role, the right candidate will have a strong command of Wordpress, AEM, HTML and CSS,. Experience with resizing and optimizing images using Adobe Photoshop is required. In addition to these skills, we are looking for an effective communicator who is detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and QA forms and pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for all regions.
* Create and QA pages and posts for the main .org website and work with internal stakeholders for sign-off.
* Monitor site for errors and ensure timely fixes of issues.
* Review incoming WEM cases daily to ensure completeness and readiness for the team to support.
* Work with the team for prioritization of work.
* Support operational, governance and process documentation.

Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of hands-on experience production role in Wordpress or AEM.
* Experience with HTML and proficiency with CSS
* Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
* Experience in a high volume production role highly desired
* Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to turn on a dime, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy.
