The Email Deployment Associate works alongside other RRD team members, to help provide support on their clients email marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is primarily responsible in executing the QA testing, which entails using the client's campaign assets as their reference when reviewing an email campaigns HTML, which is built by an RRD Production Specialist. The Email Deployment Associate is responsible for completing a detailed QA checklist of items such as the emails content, links, and imagery, which is a pivotal step within the email campaign process to ensure accuracy, functionality, and rendering quality for all their clients email campaigns, before tests are sent to the client for review, and they're deployed out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. To be successful in this role, an Email Deployment Associate must maintain a high standard of quality and look for new ways in which they can further grow and improve QA processes. By taking the initiative and using the available resources and other team members for support, an Email Deployment Associate has the opportunity to evolve within their role, and become responsible for more technical, complex tasks, and even serve as a mentor to newer team members.

* Work with project leads and team members to prioritize project deliverables for all engagements, to meet or exceed client needs and expectations
* Execute deliverables utilizing current processes and tools to complete and deploy projects successfully
* Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Technical Producers, Production Specialists and Design Consultants to manage, create and deploy campaigns on behalf of customers
* Upon receipt of customer-approved campaign assets, QA Specialist is to help assist with the following:
* Manage customer assets
* Perform campaign-specific quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance
* Manage client revisions and approval process through the deployment of email tests
* Assist with management of subscriber data, import and segmentation
* Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion
* Foster teamwork and whatever it takes to get it done attitude in a constructive environment
* Maintain positive interactions with staff, management, and clients to promote a healthy work environment and successful project delivery
Required Experience
Job Knowledge & Skills
* Undergraduate Degree from accredited University or College is preferred OR a minimum of one to two years of marketing and client facing experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to be client-facing
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
* Knowledge of Email Marketing industry best practices is a plus
* Ability to gain technical knowledge and expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign platform
