JOB DESCRIPTION
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Project Management Liaison II to support our CRANE Radar Restoration Program. Our CRANE program is the restoration on shipboard radars. Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center is our Customer. This position is responsible for a wide range of services to support the implementation of a dynamic program. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily interaction with our internal Raytheon Team and our major subcontractor, frequent interaction with our Navy customers, maintaining and tracking our repair schedules, supporting our daily operations standup meeting and weekly customer update meeting, helping tracking and monitoring resource requirements to include fixed price and cost plus spending, and action items, supporting the management of the office, and other ad-hoc actions. Position will also support internal budget responsibilities. This person should be a self-starter and team player who is willing to learn through experience.
* This position is not eligible for telecommuting and position will be in Bedford, IN.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* 2 years related experience
* Demonstrable experience multitasking, executing tasking independently while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and ensuring timely completion to all requests.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite to produce reports, charts, and procedural documents.
* Must be detailed oriented with the proven ability to organize and prioritize tasking.
* Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including experience working in a dynamic environment.
* Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Must possess the ability to learn and apply new skills rapidly.
* Maintain customer contacts and coordinate customer meetings.
* Track project spending (fixed price and cost plus).
* Familiar with SPS-67, SPS49 & SPS48 Radar systems in a DEPOT / overhaul production environment.
Very limited travel.
Work in Bedford IN

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge of Logistics (material kitting) and project management
* Experience generating DD1149 & DD250S
* Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint.
* Experience with creation and maintaining detailed schedules
* Ability to update and maintain different reports
REQUIRED EDUCATION
* Prefer BA/BS but will take experience (8 years) in lieu of degree.
