The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and maintaining resource capacity models using Excel as well as other systems and applications as needed to create tables and visualizations to efficient present his/her data analysis and relevant statistics to management. The analysist will analyze business measurements and trends to update staffing capacity models and create what if scenarios for staffing in order to provide staffing level recommendations to the business for forecasting and budgeting purposes. The Analyst will ensure that supported businesses have sufficient resources to operate effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed as the Analyst will work directly with management and have frequent communications with senior leadership. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and ad hoc requests. Other responsibilities may include training and development of less experienced team members and business partners.
