Job Description

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and maintaining resource capacity models using Excel as well as other systems and applications as needed to create tables and visualizations to efficient present his/her data analysis and relevant statistics to management. The analysist will analyze business measurements and trends to update staffing capacity models and create what if scenarios for staffing in order to provide staffing level recommendations to the business for forecasting and budgeting purposes. The Analyst will ensure that supported businesses have sufficient resources to operate effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed as the Analyst will work directly with management and have frequent communications with senior leadership. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and ad hoc requests. Other responsibilities may include training and development of less experienced team members and business partners.

Qualifications:

* Advanced experience in Excel

* Has the ability to identify patterns and trends

* Can learn to navigate systems quickly

* Experience leading meetings and sharing findings with stakeholders

* Skilled at storytelling based on data, using both visual and mathematical displays depending on the audience

* Comfortable setting own deadlines and prioritizing work

* Advanced leadership, presentation, interpersonal and conflict management skills.

* The highest level of integrity, customer focus, team building for strong working relationships.

* Ability to work with a virtual team effectively

* Advanced at leading meetings and facilitating information exchange with internal business partners

* Sound decision making skills that demonstrate originality, flexibility and resourcefulness

* Ability to develop strong working alliances at all levels within the organization.

* Build appropriate rapport for developing constructive and effective relationships.

* Ability to adapt to change and implement quickly based on overall direction and needs of the company.
