Responsibilitiesn
As a Privacy Manager you will serve as a privacy advisor to the enterprise on a global level. As an enterprise privacy team you will manage the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization's data privacy program in compliance with international, federal and state laws.

How you will spend your time.n
n
* Develop, implement and maintain enterprise privacy policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. Provide thought leadership and represent privacy throughout the project management life cycle to ensure Privacy by Design principles are implemented during the planning, design, and implementation of business initiatives. Assist in the implementation of privacy technologies and workflows to enable program success. Develop and deliver general privacy training to employees, business associates and other appropriate third parties, as well as targeted training specific to the data practices of business units and functions. Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster information privacy awareness across the enterprise.n
* Collaborate with a network of privacy contacts and business partners throughout the enterprise to facilitate implementation of enterprise privacy strategy. Represent enterprise privacy in working groups and committees, including cross-functional collaborations with information security and data governance.n
* Monitor developments in international, federal and state privacy laws and regulations. Participate in privacy conferences, continuing education, and industry associations to provide benchmarking and best practices for the enterprise privacy program.nn
Qualificationsnn
* Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of privacy, risk, legal or related experience required.n
* IAPP certification or similar data privacy certification or degree strongly preferred.n
* Must have excellent time management, project management, integration, facilitation, planning, decision making, analytical and written and verbal communication skills.n
* Work with people at all levels, including outside consultants and vendors and influence others without formal authority.n
* Build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication.n
* Results oriented and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous and/or complex situations and manage expectations.n
* Execute effectively in a matrix management environment.nn
