Responsibilitiesn

As the Senior Sales Intelligence Analyst, you will assist with the design and management of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and application environments, and act as the facilitator between the BI & Analytics team, distribution, marketing, and the Salesforce/IT-Sales Enablement teams, and lead culture change to be a data driven organization!

Essential Functions:n
* Support development of distribution strategy in partnership with senior distribution leaders by providing insight into distribution performance and business opportunities.n
* Provide insight and execute data strategies in a method that aligns with individual business units and organizational goals and act as the lead contact person with users when it comes to development, rollout, and continued improvementsn
* Provide reporting and analytics to support distribution and marketing efforts, enriching data integrity, process improvements, Salesforce, and implementation of new technologies.n
* Accountable for driving data quality, modernization of data warehouses, and the reporting and metrics for distribution teams spanning Retail and Institutional distribution.n
* Work on corporate wide initiatives on data governance and implementation for ODS (Salesforce), Master Data Management, and corporate analytics hubn

Qualificationsn

n
* Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or other business-related fields or equivalent experiencen
* 7+ years of relevant work experience related to distribution, distribution intelligence, marketing, and working with large amounts of data, and distilling information to drive business metrics and outcomes.n
* Experience with Data modeling, SQL, SAS, and Salesforcen
* Knowledge of technology requirements in building data models and data tools operating in cloud-based platforms (AWS preferred)n
* Proficient in data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)n
* Experience using data to solve strategic, tactical, structured and unstructured business problems.n
* An interest in understanding sales strategies across products and client segments to increase the accuracy of sales planning.n
* Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.n
* Ability to learn new concepts, bouncing ideas of others, and working through business problems with high complexity and ambiguity.nn
