The US Insurance Solutions (USIS) Accounting area is looking for someone to lead a team of accounting specialists. The team supports multiple lines of business including Life, Annuities, and Specialty Benefits Division.

* Lead a team tasked with processing payments, system balancing, researching exceptions, and providing strong customer service by partnering with the administration areas within our insurance operations.n
* Monitor work volumes and adjusting resources, identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, and ensuring adequate back-ups and process documentation exists.nn

Qualificationsnn
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of related experience required.n
* Formal leadership experience preferred, informal leadership experience required (2+ years)n
* Candidate may be required to register as an Operations Professional within a reasonable time (typically 6 months) of hiring or notification.n
* Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.n
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required.n
* Demonstrates the ability to embrace and understand the change process, and effectively guides others through change.nn
