What You Will Achieve

You will focus on the simplification of recruitment and hiring processes and maximize Pfizers investment in Workday. As part of HR Shared Services (referred as GBS- Global Business Services) you will grow collaborative partnerships across GBS, Digital Team (overseeing HR Enabling Technology) and GTS (TA COE) stakeholders to accelerate implementation of Workday initiatives. You will help to prioritize opportunities and lead projects with an emphasis on continuous improvement work across technology solutions to accelerate business impact.

How You Will Achieve It

* Lead workstreams for single module deployments and enhancements in Workday HCM resulting from new Recruiting and Talent roadmap functionality
* Provide oversight to the planning, management, and implementation of Workday related enhancement projects as appropriate
* Participate and lead segments of process, user, implementation and testing design for delivery of new integrated technologies and solutions impacting Workday
* Define, implement and monitor Workday performance metrics to inform performance, adoption and user experience of new deployments, effectiveness and recommend changes as appropriate
* Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
* Build consensus around business processes and design encompassing Workday enablement
* Participate in routine roadmap discussions with TA technology vendors and Workday to ensure alignment on system functionality, prioritization of Pfizers needs, and adoption
* Ensure the assessment of new release features, lead projects to adopt new functionalities, and change existing processes where appropriate
* Communicate Workday capabilities and limitations
* Support Configuration of BAU Workday changes
* Engage in consistent and ongoing interaction with Pfizer, peer companies, and Workday experts

Must Have

* Bachelors degree
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization
* Experience with Excel, Visio, and Power point
* Familiarity with recruiting processes and technology

Nice to Have

* Up to 2 years demonstrated experience
* MBA or other advanced degree
* Working knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycles and methods
* Experience in Workday HCM/Recruiting in one or more of the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Performance
* Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analyses, identify key insights, and recommend next steps
* Ability to communicate and facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders, business and GTA leaders
* Experience in end to end deployment of a technology solution

Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements

* Ability to work in a global environment requiring occasional off-hours meetings
