Job Description
The position is responsible for managing day to day production administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise.
Accountabilities:
* Responsible for employee payroll, accounts payable and administrative duties
* Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
* Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
* Monitor email and phone calls, proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
* Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
* Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
* Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
* Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
* Administer specific applications/time-bound processes to include specific SME tasks (AP, CETS, CTS, ESC, ERT, FFP, Kronos/SAP Masterfiles, Respond & Recover) in an accurate and timely manner
* Capable of customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or macros
* Work on special projects as necessary
* Invoice payment and processing in accordance with company and department financial practices
* Conduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve any discrepancies
* Respond to and/or escalate to proper channel any vendor or customer inquiries
* Financial and payables reporting to key stakeholders
* Assist in developing and delivering department reports and scorecards
* Additional duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications/Requirements
* High School diploma or GED, Bachelor degree preferred
* 2+ years experience administrative support with consumer goods company
* Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and externally
* Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and within a team with a Team/collaboration-based approach to decision making
* Must have a Can Do attitude with a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
