Job Description
The position will focus on strategic transformational GTM initiatives and lead our dynamic customer service capabilities across the North Division consisting of 81 Locations and 11 Markets. The role will work closely with the GTM, Senior Market Directors, Finance, and PBNA Sector teams to develop and execute strategies that will unlock growth opportunities related to world-class service while delivering Revenue plan and help manage to 2:1 labor plan. The Sr. Transformation and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, influence, and wiring with the Customer Management teams, Sector teams, and Commercial teams to ensure sound transformational changes to enhance productivity to allow for more flexible customer service to leverage our DSD service package at the Customer desk to drive growth. The role will be a resource to support GTM transformation changes and for Customer selling teams to leverage for GTM initiatives and changes with the Customer.
Bottling operations or consumer packaged goods experience necessary. Leading a location with a background of effectively managing costs and customer service is preferred for this role. Experience leading people and influencing the agenda with cross-functional work teams is also strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver S&D Cost Plan while accelerating Revenue Growth plan
* Deliver Targets & Grow Customer Service Performance Metrics across North Division vs PY: ADAS, ASAS, AMAS, and OFR
* Create routing strategies to flex service to growth customers and segments and remove service from declining segments
* Build and Improve Customer Service Capabilities across North Division for Selling and Delivery
* Interact with Customers and Key Account Team on regular basis, responding to their questions and guiding them through Service Model
* Provide Direction and Support that reflect Customer Service agenda during Local Routing projects across locations
* Enhance Customer Service Agenda utilizing fact-based measures; Share, IRI, and Topline Performance. Win with the Winners
* Ensure the Locations within the Markets deliver Revenue Plan through Customer Service Capabilities while managing 2:1 Labor costs
* Support Senior Market Directors, Senior Director of Retail and Foodservice on Customer Service Strategy & Initiatives
* Support Transformational Projects across Division; Chilled Conversions, GeoBox, and Technology
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors degree strongly preferred
* CPG experience in a direct store delivery environment with Customer Facing ability
* A minimum of 5 years of sales and delivery experience
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including travel up to 50% of time
* Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
* Strong communication and presentation skills
