As a member of the Strategy and Culture subgroup, The Communities Manager is responsible for implementing steps to grow and maintain a strong, supportive, and inclusive data community at PepsiCo in line with the strategic goals of Data & Analytics leadership. This is a fundamentally collaborative role that touches nearly every function and level in the business.
The Culture Manager will interact daily with disparate teams across the enterprise, including function leaders, data practitioners, and operations teams to ensure that the right tools, environment, and processes are in place to lead to empowerment through data.
Key Accountabilities:
* Work with senior leaders to create the strategy and maintain a tactical playbook for data and analytics community design
* Create and sustain global data communities that support training and educating employees, and promote an inclusive and welcoming data-driven culture
* Consult with cross-functional leaders and practitioners to identify gaps in process, tools, or environment that impede adoption of data products
* Partner with Human Resources to create internal career paths/rotational assignments/stretch assignments for passionate data associates
* Support identifying advanced analytics resources across the enterprise to contribute to the overall organization design of the Global Data Function and wiring throughout PepsiCo
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree required
* 8+ years of management experience in a highly-matrixed environment
* 8+ years of developing data culture programs
* Relevant experience with a focus on data, technology and strategy
* Team management experience

* Very strong time management skills
* Strong project and people management skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple competing initiatives
* Knowledge of business applications of data
* Strong tactical and logistical thinking skills
