Summary/Objective

The Facilities Representative will perform hands on maintenance and repairs of dealership's facilities and equipment. They are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for themselves and everyone around them while working in and around dealerships. Candidate will strive to keep facilities operational and functioning properly to insure maximum productivity of dealerships. Must be able to work independently and be part of the team.

Essential Functions

* Works directly with Facilities Manager inspecting facilities for needed maintenance and repairs

* Must have adequate electrical experience to be able to replace ballasts and bulbs from ladders as well as replace receptacles, switches, and circuit breakers

* Maintains, disposes of, or relocates office equipment and furniture

* Ensures customer lounges are maintained and coordinates service repairs with the vendor

* Collaborates with manager and peers for solutions to difficult problems,

* Maintains a professional relationship with all company personnel and vendors

* Implements and uses all preventive maintenance programs, safety requirements and checklists

* Maintains company standards for plumbing, electrical, painting, lighting, HVAC, and basic general repairs

* Supports a strong culture of safety and notifies management immediately of any unsafe working conditions

* Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards

* Attends company meetings as required including all facility safety and development meetings

* Other duties as assigned
