Develops long-range objectives and strategic plans for the Global Hawk Enterprise by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability. Scans environment for business opportunities, maintains surveillance over market, and may perform financial analysis of acquisition candidates. Develops and monitors profitability, productivity, and growth targets against GH Enterprise LRSP. Plans and coordinates reviews to mature pursuits from concept to capture. May recommend financial and nonfinancial strategic objectives and alternatives, and implement and maintain operational plans to meet those objectives to ensure alignment to strategic and technical roadmap.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor 39;s Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years in the aerospace and/or defense industry.

Active DoD Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Experience in project or program cost, schedule and/or risk management.

Experience in strategy development such as business or technology planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

5-10 years in aerospace and/or defense industry with demonstrated Business Development, Capture and/or Program Management experience.

MBA or other Master rsquo;s degree.

Global Hawk Program knowledge/experience.

Demonstrated team player with ability to work in a dynamic changing environment.

The ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of technical development and dependencies to business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to interact with and influence executive level management, and communicate effectively with oral and written presentations.

Proven professional track record.

Experience with the Defense Community customers, understanding of Government systems and services market.
