WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated coordinator to join our team! The Digital Partnerships Coordinator, Operations, will be a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO). We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail and thorough and critical problem-solving skills. The ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity is key. This person should bring a passion for digital project management and process improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, youll be working with Nike Direct partners to coordinate the operational support behind the delivery of products and experiences for our Connected Marketplace Partners and Drop Ship Integration Management. As such, you will maintain a library of projects, standards, processes and sound practices. You'll also manage select cross-functional work, product data triaging and process improvement efforts. You will lead partnership-related communications and own meetings related to supporting partners and socializing readiness metrics. You will evangelize and educate teams on standard methodologies and processes.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will support the NA NDDC Partnerships Operations Manager and collaborate closely with Process and Program leaders, as well as cross-functional partners (NA and Global Operations, Connected Marketplace, Product & Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, and other Nike Direct functions) on critical projects and process improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (an additional two years is acceptable in lieu of a degree).
- Experience in (and passion for) digital/ecommerce is preferred
- Solid ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide management support for high visibility projects
- Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to complete intense and timely projects & events
- Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to become an authority across multiple tools & capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
