NASC NADCs Learning Coordinator - A Band

The Nike North America Supply Chain (NASC) Distribution Center (DC) Learning Coordinator is a good decision maker who can coordinate training logistics, instructors and learner schedules and implementation of our learning programs, such as classroom training, trainer the trainer events, team meetings, certifications, and observations.

The Learning Coordinator possesses strong analytical skills to track training metrics, analyze data, and report to DC leadership. He or she will contribute to our learning management system and curricula maintenance to sustain our metrics and data long-term.

The Learning Coordinator demonstrates fiscal responsibility to closely monitor department spending, execute operational expenses, manage supplies and control costs.

The Learning Coordinator delivers a premium learning experience as an engaging training facilitator that supports the business learning and development strategies. He or she will also lead and influence others, building trust-based relationships with our key stakeholders and coaching our network of trainers.

He or she contributes special expertise in learning operations knowledge for all programs, tools, and systems. The Coordinator demonstrates our brand through the delivery of training department standards for all assigned programs with trainers across the network, as well as external vendors.

This Memphis, TN based position requires an individual who is self-driven, organized, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and customer service. A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance and is reliable, resilient, and able to deal with ambiguity and change. They are a proven and effective communicator, able to see things from multiple points of view. Flexibility to travel to other DC facilities is required.
Qualified candidates will have, at a minimum:

* Post-secondary degree preferred, with focus on Communication, Education, Training, Human Resources or similar, or 2 or more years of experience in lieu of degree
* 2+ years planning and organizing events, meetings, and/or classes
* Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office and database queries
* Strong analytical, investigative, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to make good decisions to solve problems and manage training logistics across network
* Delivers effective written and verbal communication with ability to tailor message to audience
* Previous experience in leading and influencing others with strong critical thinking skills, leading to sustainable working relationships

Additional qualifications:

* Delivers results through strong time management, multi-tasking and managing competing priorities with minimal supervision
* Desires to work in a creative environment that results in an engaging learning experience
* Demonstrates Nike brand recognition through creating and sustaining training standards
* Is available to work flexible schedule when needed to accommodate all shifts in all DCs
* Content Development / Program Management Skills, preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
* 2+ years of training or training support experience
