Workday PMO Lead
Our world class Human Resources organization is looking for an experienced Program Management Lead, who will be responsible for driving the delivery of key strategic programs that include the delivery of the Global Workday Program.
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of program management including stakeholder management, schedule, scope, budget and quality management. We are looking for a PMO lead who has a passion for program management, combined with the ability to rapidly and effectively communicate complicated issues and related data into concise and actionable information for senior Technology and Business Unit leadership. This individual will be part of a team who is responsible for the on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of the Global Workday Program.

Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee all program workstreams, including any third-party vendors, business readiness, technical build, data migration, technical training, change management, and operational support planning
* Focus on driving stakeholders to prioritize business constraints, functionality and requirements that lead to measurable impact to improve the employee experience and business efficiencies, ROI/assessment of impact
* Oversee the development and execution of the program plan, as well as individual workstream project plans and related monitoring frameworks (charter, risk, issue, change logs, etc.) . Ensure development is completed consistently and transparently.
* Lead the PMO Phase Gate Process and Change Request process for the Workday program; ensuring high program quality, accountability to standard and collaboration throughout;
* Develop and execute an effective change management and communication plan that leverages and empowers stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption with the most efficient use of company resources
* Lead project resource planning and forecasting that ensures all aspects of the program and workstreams are resourced appropriately for success
* Partner with IT on delivery methodology and execution to ensure alignment between departments
* Communicate and partner with senior leadership by providing timely updates, raising risks, and developing status reports that provide visibility into the program
* Manage cross-functional staff teams (remote and offsite), vendors, and stakeholders throughout an organizational hierarchy
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or relevant field, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification. Masters degree preferred.
* Very strong formal Project/Program management abilities. PM certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desired
* Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience; with history of working with and driving change to the Workday platform
* Experience in program managing and leading large, highly complex, multi-million-dollar global projects managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and practices. Agile and Waterfall experience is needed

* Excellent Strategic individual with analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter, able to operate with minimal direction
* Ability to manage relationships and deliverables from associated vendors (when applicable)
* Relevant Change Management Certification (i.e., PROSCI) strongly preferred
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with expertise in Executive briefings
