This team focuses on building scalable payment experiences and introducing new payment solutions for a global audience. The Role: As part of a cross-functional team, youll create clear, scalable product experiences that minimize friction and help Netflix speak meaningfully to a global audience. * 10+ years of relevant writing experience: UX writing, content strategy, short-form digital
* Experience with payments and consumer products, specializing in working on global brands/experiences
* Analytical thinking about customer journeys and content flows, framing and scaling content design solutions
* Comfortable with A/B testing: Forming a hypothesis, designing a test, and building off results
* Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules
* Highly collaborative and self-directed
* Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
