Current Need

We are seeking a Data Integrity Associate to join our Medical-Surgical team! The ideal candidate will reside in Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL.

Position Description
Processes requests from the field to add or update data elements pertaining customers request in multiple systems. Researches and verifies data to substantiate request validity. Maintains data file in terms of integrity. Responsible for manual data entry. Recommends corrective actions and may recommend enhancements to improve data integrity. Working closely with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure we receive the proper documentation and ensuring the correct processes and procedures are being followed.

Responsible for assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Demonstrates the ability to take the lead on specific tasks and may be held responsible for some aspect of their operation. Exhibits exceptional knowledge of subject area and is often looked at as a resource throughout the company regarding master data elements. Work together as a team to improve our processes to better serve our customers. Ability to multitask, adapt to change that can often occur, ability to retain information pertaining to customer requirements. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities

* Work in multiple McKesson systems to Create and maintain Customer data

* Working closely with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure the proper documentation is received and correct processes and procedures are being met.

* Support large customer initiatives

Minimum Requirements
3 years relevant experience

Critical skills

* 3+ years data entry experience in data analysis or customer service

* Advanced MS Office (Word and Excel)

Additional Knowledge & Skills

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation/computer skills

* Excellent organization skills

* Ability to collaborate and work within a team

* Results oriented; effective as both a team member and independent worker with strong attention to detail

* Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with deliverables completed on time

Education
Completion of a high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
