Client Service Insurance Processor

Responsibilities

* Process and issue certificates of insurance as required within agency guidelines, workflows and standards.
* Processes endorsements including invoicing premium changes as required within agency guidelines, workflows and standards.
* Provides prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service with some client contact as needed.
* Maintains client files on computer system and uses computer system to perform all transactions in accordance with agency standards and workflows.
* Provides assistance to other employees and performs various administrative and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

* Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required.
* Exceptional time management and organization skills.
* Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness.

Requirements

* Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience and/or customer service experience in commercial insurance preferred.
* Current P&C licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days required.
