L3Harris Aviation Services is looking for an experienced Program Finance analyst to provide financial oversite for $200M+ programs within the Strategic ISR portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
* Serve as Finance point of contract to the Program Management Office
* Lead the organization in generating monthly financial forecasts
* Lead the organization in generating generate auditable EACs
* Lead program in program budgeting,
* Ensure strong program controls are in place
* Lead EVMS, and variance analysis
* Ensure appropriate program revenue recognition is in place
* Support proposal pricing efforts as required
* Support the development of financial organization talent
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
* Oversee program budgeting, controls, performance, and variance analysis includes supporting program reviews and helping program managers with cost reduction efforts including early identification of forecast shortfalls and the timely execution of countermeasures developed during the EAC and variance analysis process.
* Program revenue recognition and cash forecasting responsibilities include manage, coordinate, and maintain the financial and planning activities of the business's program portfolio, including monthly bookings/sales/EBIT/cash flow forecasting and analysis.
* Responsible for overseeing proposal pricing efforts, financial tables, payment schedules/milestones generation, and supporting proposal reviews.
* Develop financial organization talent including strategic training, hiring, and creation/improvement of processes and policies.
Job Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor degree with a minimum of nine (9) years of applicable experience. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
* Strong problem solving skills, passion for improvement and enjoy working in a team / collaborative environment.
* Strong background in program finance and experience with EACs in a DOD contracting environment
* Knowledge of FAR key financial aspects.
* Financial Control experience in Budgeting/Scheduling, Variance/Risk Analysis, Revenue and EBIT Forecasting, and Work Breakdown Structure.
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
