Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Inclusion & Diversity to join our Human Resources organization.
Responsibilities:
* Design, deliver and/or lead implementation of enterprise level initiatives aligned with Accelerate 2025 strategy
* Consult with functional and/or business enablement stakeholders leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion//Human Resources concepts and leading practices
* Act as a strategic advisor to Business Resource Groups, guiding alignment to firmwide strategy and engagement with national initiatives
* Engage, collaborate and influence talent processes that support the retention, engagement and development of underrepresented groups (e.g., performance development)
* Drive and report diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking KPIs, analyzing and generating diversity reporting for various audiences to highlight trends and impact
Qualifications:
* Minimum six years year of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Development or equivalent experience, preferably within a professional services environment
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
* Strong analytical, assessment and reporting skills
* Advanced project and time management skills
* Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills
* Ability to deliver high caliber work within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential information
