Job Description

As an Operations Specialist II you will be responsible for:

Processing daily work for your business unit. You will balance quantity with quality to ensure you are meeting your daily objectives.

Network with peers and your management to form relationships conducive to ensuring processes run smoothly and SLAs are met

Be a Team Player by exuding positivity and helping to create and maintain a friendly and productive work environment

Learn all aspects of all different processes/functions so that you can assist/back-up processors when necessary

Identifying account numbers in system to generate letters to be sent out to customers to assist them in taking care of Registrations and or Recalls.

Generating Batch Trailing coversheets and prepping documents received to be imaged.

Other tasks assigned by management
