Put your UX experience into action by joining one of our client-centric User Experience teams and shape the future of how people use our products. As a User Experience professional, you will head the planning of multiple project initiatives and contribute to the vision of the global technology team. You'll support our client-first mindset by enabling and supporting library methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, working with designers to ensure deliverables are consistent with design languages and systems, partnering with researchers and communicating research results to leadership.

The ideal candidate is a talented and resourceful designer who can translate complex information into simple and engaging user experiences. As a UX designer, you will work with product teams to drive innovative and modernized design initiatives when it comes to application tools and product development. This role requires a professional with broad information design, interaction design, and interface development experience who can deliver simple, enticing and effective solutions using multiple formats and technologies.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, user interface or interactive/interface design is preferred
* Five years of UX and Design experience
* Significant experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences
* User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
* Expert in desktop publishing (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite) and drawing UI software and systems (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, & Sketch)
* Experience with generative and evaluative research methods
* Understanding of how design translates to code
* Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Ability to be a UX advocate and experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
* Organized project manager and multi-tasker and comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines
* Keeping abreast of current trends of emerging technologies and design techniques to enhance existing Interface applications
* Adaptable with the ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively manage through conflicting opinions
