The role is for Marketing and Sales business strategist, to leverage advanced technologies in order to scale and to maximize impact of our Sales and Marketing motions.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Understand the business challenges and opportunity
* Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence addressing the business challenge
* Define roadmap based on clear prioritization
* Maximize impact of AI capabilities by using smart propensity and prediction models
* Work with IT and external suppliers to develop and apply foundational propensity and prediction models in support of specific use cases to scale Sales or Marketing actions
* Focus areas could be - Seller insight, Account-Based Marketing, Product propensity, Competition exposure identification, targeted Sales and Marketing motions, Investment optimization and more.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Domain Knowledge (Sales/Marketing/BU) - understand the key operational metrics of the business and their impact on profit and loss, revenue, Market Segment Share (MSS). In addition - Knowledge of common use-cases.
* Strategic thinking: the ability to think holistically on opportunity/challenge and design strategy/roadmap to address it.
* Artificial Intelligence technical fluency: -understanding of the main concepts of AI and connecting the business need to the AI model accuracy. Need to know what types of models are available, to interpret model results and identify potential model errors, such as overfitting.
* Project management - should be able to direct an analytics initiative from ideation through production and adoption and have an understanding of the life cycle of an analytics initiative and the common pitfalls.
* Entrepreneurial mind-set - need the enthusiasm, commitment, and business savvy to navigate the many technical, political, and organizational roadblocks that can emerge.
* Communication skills: Can translate vague ideas or goals into tangible initiative, setting the requirements from technical teams and synthesizes complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.
* Leadership: Set clear goals and lead cross-functional, agile teams that include data engineers, data architects, data-visualization experts and domain experts toward a common vision.
* Proven Innovative skills
* To translate Business opportunity into solutions and technical requirement
* Translate technical language to Business and vice versa
* Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
* To work with senior executives and handle effective stakeholder management
* Experience in evaluating Supplier's solution
* IT competency - understanding of IT methodologies and enterprise data
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 10+ years' experience in Sales/Marketing and/or data and predictive analytics.
