Our New Products Manufacturing Group is hiring multiple Test Technicians to join our team.

What You'll Do...
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with all manufacturing areas, engineering and support groups. Working to ensure all test (Fabrication/Fulfilment) processes are physically and logistically manufacturable and repeatable at a high-quality level, you'll ensure we achieve our top goal: Meet and/or exceed IBM standards and customers requirements by deliverable due dates. * Understanding and following test procedures defined by engineering teams

* Test, analyze, debug and repair server systems and assemblies

* Model new products and test processes in preparation for final shipment to clients

* Provide technical support to the business processes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
In addition to strong verbal and written communication skills, youll need

* At least one year of manufacturing experience with understanding of related processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables

* Solid knowledge and understanding in power, mainframe hardware and related test applications

* Innovation mindset with good negotiation skills

* Detail oriented and client focus with strong organization and administration skills

* Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and ship dates

* Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Foundational experience and/or knowledge of agile practices
