The Market Operations Coordinator 2 provides support to assigned health plan and/or specialty companies relative to Medicare product implementation, operations, contract compliance, and federal contract application submissions. The Market Operations Coordinator 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Responsibilities

The Market Operations Coordinator 2 serves as the primary resource on regulations for all assigned health plans. Ensures that assigned health plans are meeting or exceeding corporate Medicare performance benchmarks. Maintains relationships with regulators within a region. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma
* 2 or more years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting mid to senior level executives
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Comfortable with virtual technology
* Excellent organizational, written and communications skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
* Demonstrated ability to work across business lines
* Ability to work under pressure when meeting department deadlines
* Ability of type 50-55 wpm
* Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's Degree
* Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio, internet research and proof-reading/editing
