The Associate VP, Product Management Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Associate VP, Product Management requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

The Associate VP, Product Management of Enterprise Technologies is responsible for Platform Product Management of InterOperability, Data Democratization, Cloud and API platforms. Partnerships with Business, Architecture and Engineering teams will be essential from inception to delivery. Additionally the Associate VP will mature the Agile ways of working within these teams by partnering with Enterprise Agile initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Define and enforce quality standards (non-functional requirements)
* Manage key performance indicators
* define product acceptance criteria
* Shape the team backlog: define and prioritize streams and epics
* Synchronize the vision with Product Owners, lead the formulation of the mission and goals
* Quarter Program Increment planning
* Design and maintain the overall Product capability roadmap
* Manage expectations of all stakeholders, especially Executive Sponsor, Steering Committee
* Manage the performance of, and relationships with, key external vendors
* Provide leadership to a team of technology and product management professionals, driving interoperability and Cloud Platform initiatives,
* Own strategic product planning and execution against our product roadmaps.
* Oversee full digital product life cycle stages through product inception, design, development, testing, implementation and validation of desired outcomes
* Lead an agile, staged development process (e.g., build / test / learn sprints) to create solutions, maturing Product management practices
* Inform executives and leadership of progress made on key success metrics especially product success metrics. Proactively identify issues that will keep specific products from delivering on time, inspire team to assess alternatives to resolve and build a plan for resolution.
* Leading 1-2 direct reports, 40 total FTEs

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in related field.
* Scaled Agile Framework Certification
* 10 or more years of technical experience
* 8 or more years of management experience
* Demonstrable experience in Agile Methodologies including SAFe.
* Proven success in creating a roadmap, vision, and strategy for an entire product portfolio.
* Exceptional leadership and ownership skills, with a track record of influencing all levels of an organization.
* Strong technical acumen with proven ability of working seamlessly with stakeholders
* Flexible and willing to play any role that the team needs as it grows - no job is too big or too small.
* Ability to confidently challenge the status quo, dominant logic and existing structures and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree/MBA
* Technology, Finance, or Healthcare experience
