(DAY SHIFT - 1st SHIFT) 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Ogden Regional Medical Center is Now Offering - A FIVE (5) week patient care tech - CNA training program with continued employment.

Do you have experience as a Patient Care Tech but do not have a CNA? Perhaps you have always wanted to start a career in Patient Care BUT didn't have the time and money to be able to enroll in a C.N.A. program? We will hire you as an employee, train you with our special STAR TECH program (similar to C.N.A. training) AND help you start your forever career in healthcare caring for our patients!
Start Employment/Training on March 1st
*Attend Training M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for 5 weeks and upon completion of training must be available to work
Work schedules 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. FULL TIME - 3 (12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
*The STAR TECH also known as Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
*Under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN), the PCT assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the PCTs skills/training and the needs of the Department, and consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.
*The PCT complies with all hospital policies/procedures and observes the State Board of Nursing rules for unlicensed personnel.
