Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Marketing Planning and Execution Develop and execute a marketing plan that differentiates the business locally and supports the growth of each local business line, while aligning to national initiatives. Ensure that appropriate input is secured from representatives of key groups within the business.

* Develop and execute a marketing and communication strategy in support of business goals.
* Work collaboratively across marketing Hubs to execute marketing plans leveraging editorial, events, campaigns and content and media relations.
* Lead yearly marketing plan development; budgeting; metric reporting and analysis; integration of national marketing efforts and implementation of best practices.
* Design and implement marketing programs that drive sales and include messaging, competitive analysis, content marketing, digital and demand generation campaigns, events, sponsorships, direct marketing and account-based marketing.

Public relations/media relations develop and execute a proactive public relations plan in coordination with an agency partner. Work to ensure JLL receives effective placement in local and regional press across all business lines. Identify opportunities to expand exposure for key businesses and high profile professionals.

Client Engagement Develop a regional plan for client engagement, to include company hosted prospecting events, client entertainment and research programs. Ensure alignment with strategy, business development and budget adherence.

Measurement Continually evaluate the effectiveness of all implemented marketing programs and adjust as appropriate.

Relationship Building Establish strong, trust-based working relationships with all JLL local leaders and national influencers. Collaborate with peers in other markets and national marketing colleagues to share best and next practices. Work in tandem with Sales Enablement, Research and Property Marketing to ensure JLL is leading with one voice across all audiences.

People Management Manage a direct report to ensure effective execution against the plan and budget, emphasize proactive behavior, and ensure they are meeting and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience acting as a proactive business partner
* Excellent writing, editing, critical thinking, verbal communication and presentation skills
* Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills; able to lead without authority
* Budget-management skills and proficiency
* Professional judgment and discretion
* Team player with an assertive work style, but can also work independently
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A bachelors degree with a minimum of seven years of progressive marketing and project management experience
* Experience in commercial real estate or professional services is preferred
