Job Summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is looking for a Program Analyst as part of a delivery team covering Transactions, Occupancy Planning, Business Intelligence, Energy Services, Finance, Facility Management, Sourcing, Lease Administration and Project & Development Services.

The role is critical to the success of the client relationship in driving analysis, process improvement and innovation. Position provides an opportunity to work in a broad range of areas related to a real estate portfolio from both an outsourced and insourced functional view. Experience gained from this role will enable candidate to progress into a variety of career interests in real estate. Responsibilities

Partnering with the Account Executive and Operations Manager, and collaborating with Functional Leads, (BI, TM, OP, FIN, FM, LA, PDS, Sourcing, ES, etc..) will support driving key initiatives delivering measurable results. Initiatives include technology, process/routine improvements, innovations, reporting, and best practice implementation.

* Optimization: Support driving solutions and initiative success.

* Analysis: Data governance analysis and follow up

* Reporting: Oversee appropriate reporting by reviewing or preparing data and analysis. Manage account reporting and analysis calendar

* Governance: As appropriate, support governance of team

Key Skills

* Communication Tactful yet influential verbal and written skills, strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts with the ability to explain them to others.

* Excel advanced excel skills. Experience analyzing large data sets using lookups, pivot tables, data comparisons. Ability to develop ad hoc reports using a variety of excel functions

* Technology and Data Oriented Natural tendency to drive continuous improvement leveraging technology and automation.

* Organization Skilled in managing, keeping track of and following through on projects great and small. Support team wide organization through management of SharePoint

* Strategic Thinking - Ability to think broadly and embrace change.

* Process Improvement - Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data; is willing to re-engineer processes from scratch.

* Detail-Oriented and Time Management Skills Ability to focus on details and meet reporting deadlines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

* 2+ years work experience required; strong Real Estate exposure /experience a plus

* Ability to manage, analyze and compare large data sets. Skilled in Tableau, PowerView, etc

* Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power view) required. Ability to modify/develop SharePoint/Intranet sites ideal.

* Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Engineering (Industrial a plus), Finance, Information Technology or related field required.
